At Thomas Concrete, our R&D is committed to develop innovative products and process improvements in construction. Our research is focused on concrete, both in its fresh moldable state and the final hardened product, and the constituent materials that are used to produce concrete, i.e. binders, aggregates and admixtures.
In our research, we work actively and systematically to innovate solutions that help decarbonize concrete construction. To this end, we have furthered our research activities into concrete mix optimization and alternative binders for low carbon concrete solutions. Thomas Concrete and Thomas Concrete Group invest in research and technical competence to support our customers and to be “The Concrete Specialists.”
Research and development are being conducted both nationally and internationally through collaboration with universities, research institutes and with our material suppliers and our customers.
