With numerous concrete plants across the southeastern United States, we offer extensive opportunities for growth within the concrete production sector. The main responsibilities include producing concrete, receiving orders, securing service and maintenance, and operating according to the highest safety standards. At our plants, the most common roles include plant operator and yard worker.
As a Concrete Delivery Professional, you are an important link between the company
and the customer. You are not only driving a concrete mixer truck; you are responsible for delivering high quality concrete, knowledge, and reliable service. You work closely together with the plant manager and dispatchers. In this role, safety procedures are key, both on the road as well as on the construction site.
As a Technical Services Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. Your responsibilities include taking samples, performing tests, and running quality control checks to guarantee that our concrete meets industry standards and customer specifications. You collaborate closely with our production and sales teams to support the customer’s project and contribute to the development of innovative concrete solutions.
Our territory account managers operate in local sales territories and meet with project owners, construction companies, architects, and engineers. As a territory account manager, you will maintain relations with new, existing, and potential customers with a solutions-oriented approach and proudly represent Team Thomas.
As a mechanic you are responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our diesel equipment. As a part of the Fleet Maintenance department, you play a big role in ensuring that our driving staff can operate safely and on time to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
