With our 138 concrete plants in Sweden, Poland, Germany and USA, and a big variety of products, there is a lot of possibilities to develop within concrete production area. The main responsibility is to produce concrete, as well as receive orders, take samples, secure service, maintenance and ensure the highest quality. At our plants you can work as a Plant manager or as a Process operator.
As a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver you are an important link between the company
and the customer. You are responsible for delivering high quality concrete, knowledge and reliable service. You work closely together with the plant manager and the pump operator. In this role, safety procedures are key, both on the road as well as on the construction site.
As Pump Operator you meet our clients every day! In this role, the work tasks are
very independent and varied. It isimportant that you can take initiatives and
work in a team. Our Pump Operators and Drivers have responsibilities that include delivering concrete and ensuring relevant safety procedures are followed. Smaller pump reparations and maintenance tasks are also included.
Our sales representatives operate in local sales territories and meet both entrepreneurs, construction companies, architects, D.I.Y customers and homeowners. As a sales representative, you will maintain relations with both new, existing and potential customers with a solution-oriented approach and proudly represent Team Thomas.
Precast is responsible for developing, marketing, selling, designing and
manufacturing slabs and double walls. Production takes place in three factories in Sweden and one in Poland. The business area is run through the roles of Business Area Manager, Factory Manager, Factory Personnel, Project Manager, Construction Manager & Designer.
