Competition rules

1. The competition is organized by Thomas Concrete Group. Participants must have an open profile on either Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter to be in the contest.

2. The contest is open to anyone over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission from your guardian to participate.

3. Only entries submitted online via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter will be received. Following the competition instructions and tagging a photo with #seenthomas, you give Thomas Concrete Group the right to freely publish the post on their own platforms.

4. It is not necessary to buy anything to participate in the competition.

5. Thomas Concrete Group is not responsible for deleted, damaged or spoiled contributions.

6. Entries must be received no later than midnight the last day of the contest period to be valid. Winning entries will be selected by a jury consisting of representatives from Thomas Concrete Group. Participants are responsible publisher of the entries. Any taxes are paid by the winner. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.

7. The winner will be notified personally by Thomas Concrete Group and published via Instagram and/or Facebook.

8. Personal information about the contests participants will be used to administer notifications, informing the winners of profits and distribution of prices.

9. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the price would for some reason not be available, Thomas Concrete Group has the right to substitute the prize with an alternative which they consider to have the same value.

10. Participants agree that if they win, Thomas Concrete Group can without additional payment or permission, use the participants' age and name at the site / in publications, to announce the winners of this contest and for marketing purposes connected with the competition.

11. Thomas Concrete Group reserves the right to adjust the set-up of during the competition.

12. Only contributions published during the dates of contest will be included in the selection of the winners.
