THOMAS CONCRETE INC. ACQUIRES PALMETTO READY MIX INC.

 Ridgeland, South Carolina, December 16, 2021 – Thomas Concrete Inc. announces the acquisition of Palmetto Ready Mix Inc., located in Ridgeland, South Carolina.  With this acquisition, Thomas Concrete now extends its offer of total concrete solutions with emphasis on high-performance, sustainable mix designs and personalized customer service, to the commercial, residential, and infrastructure markets of Ridgeland, South Carolina. 

Thomas Concrete Group is now investing in its first 100 % electric-powered concrete truck.
The truck from Volvo Truck Corporation will be primarily used for distribution of climate-improved concrete, which considerably reduces CO₂ emissions, like the truck.
