Thomas Concrete of SC is proud to announce that they have received the Silver safety Award for the Powdersville and Duncan Plants for no chargeable accidents and no workers comp claims in the calender year of 2008. Spartenburg and Seneca plants received Gold safety awards that were achieved thru even a higher standard of safety. The awards were given by the Carolinas Ready-Mix Association at the annual banquet in Hilton Head South Carolina on June 19,2009 for significant  improvements in safety which have positively impacted the ready-mix operations and the quality of life in our community.
